Founded in 2016 with the aim of coordinating the network of companies that make up our network, it represents the central core that implements the vertical integration strategy.

In P&C Automotive, the central functions of all the departments that make up the managerial structure of P&C System (Sales, Engineering, Project management, Purchasing, Finance & Controlling, HR, Quality, etc.) are grouped together.

This decision was taken in response to the constantly changing industrial landscape, where capacity and flexibility are crucial to consolidate and strengthen our market position.
