On World Earth Day 2026, we want to share a reflection on the way we work. At P&C System, we know that every industrial activity has an impact, which is why we strive to give our processes a clear direction – one that goes beyond just volume growth.
In our eight production sites and two R&D centers, covering over 86,000 square meters, sustainability has become an integral part of our operational method. We don’t see it as a finished goal, but as an ongoing commitment managed through seven key areas, ranging from technological innovation to the well-being of our people and the local community.
The numbers help us stay grounded and measure real progress: we have reduced CO2 emissions by 29% since 2021 and are working to reach -50% by 2030. This result is achieved through practical choices, such as investing in solar power and more careful raw material management, aiming to produce more efficiently and consciously.
However, no technology can replace the value of human capital. Our 800 people are the heart of the company: it is through their skills and daily work that we are able to constantly improve. This Earth Day, we reaffirm our commitment to further integrating environmental and social responsibility into the way we do business.
